The TCFI IID version has extensive diagnostics
and is compatible with H-D scan tools that connect to
the OE diagnostic link.
When the ignition switch is first turned on, the
check engine LED illuminates. The LED goes out when
the system initialization is complete.
If a diagnostic fault is detected while the engine
is running, the LED will illuminate.
